Doka USA, Tomball facility is seeking a dedicated Yard Laborer to maintain the yard, help with girder production, and support safe, efficient operations. The role emphasizes physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and yard equipment safely.
• Physically fit with stamina for outdoor tasks.
• Basic inventory management understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Effective communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and girder components using forklifts.
• Keep yard clean, organized, and debris-free.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to support production.
• Safely operate forklifts and skid steers and perform routine checks.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with welders and fabricators to meet deadlines.
• Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning and setup.
