Hammond Lumber Company is seeking a Full-Time Yard Attendant for our Machias, Maine location. The role involves operating forklift and material handling equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials in the yard, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will have forklift experience or be willing to learn, may have experience with building materials, a clean valid drivers license, and availability to work weekends.

Qualificações

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience handling building materials is a plus.
• Clean and valid drivers license preferred.
• Weekend availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates forklift and other material handling equipment to pick, load, unload and store materials in the yard.
• Provides customer service.
• Position requires heavy lifting.
