Job summary

Enstructure in Memphis, TN is seeking a Yard Driver to safely and efficiently manage yard materials and operate equipment. This role is not CDL-focused, more for an operator.

Responsibilities include moving bulk materials, completing paperwork, and ensuring pre-trip inspections. Candidates should have 3+ years of diesel truck experience, be able to drive a stick shift, hold a valid license, lift 50 lbs, and work varied hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel truck experience.
• Must be able to drive a stick shift.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Move bulk material and cargo around yard.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently; perform daily pre-trip inspections.
• Perform general labor to assist with material processing and property maintenance.
• Follow safety and operational policies, regulations, and programs.
• Complete required training programs.
• Monitor equipment and report issues or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
