Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Loader Operator at our Texas site. You will operate loaders, perform maintenance checks, and assist with loading/unloading while following safety standards. You’ll work with a team to meet daily production goals in an environment with variable weather conditions.

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to adapt quickly. Starting pay is $23.00–$24.50 per hour with DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and health

Conditions of Employment:

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
