What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently

  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

  • Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and yard flow

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockpile management

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment

  • Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
