Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

• Ability to back trailers into loading docks safely.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to and from dock doors, parking areas, and yard locations.
• Perform trailer spotting and switching operations safely and promptly.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard trucks and trailers.
• Inspect trailers for visible damage and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate trailer inventory and location records.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, dispatch, and supervisors about movements.
• Ensure trailers are properly secured before movement.
• Keep the yard organized and hazard-free.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
