Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a forklift/yard driver to support loading/unloading and trailer maneuvering at our Roanoke, TX site. This role requires a valid Class A license, climbing into trailers, and handling loads up to 170 lbs.

Expect a 4 day, 12 hour shift schedule and a strong emphasis on safety and equipment care. You will operate warehouse equipment, assist in loading trailers, perform routine maintenance, and participate in safety checks to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid Class A driver’s license and 0 to 1+ years of driving experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver and back trailers into loading docks, open bay doors, prep trailer and assist in loading/unloading products.
• Maneuver trailers into parking slips to avoid yard traffic backups.
• Follow safety protocols, perform safety checks to secure trailers and operate equipment safely.
• Use other warehouse equipment to load products into trailers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools and machinery to keep them clean and working.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maneuver and back trailers into loading docks, opens bay doors, prepare trailer, and assist in loading/unloading product
• Maneuver trailers into parking slips to ensure there is no traffic back up in the yard
• Follow all safety protocols including performing safety checks to secure trailer and operating all equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Use other warehouse equipment to help load products into trailers
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are clean and in good working condition
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Class A driver’s license and 0 to 1 plus years of specific driving experience
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
