Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a CDL Class A Driver in Louisiana to safely operate company equipment, professionally deliver products to customers, and maintain courteous service.

You will perform unloads, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, and operate PIT or MHE such as electric pallet jacks. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds occasionally, with opportunities for career growth within the Reyes family of businesses.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle and company equipment while delivering products to customers.
• Unload and deliver products to local customers and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as electric pallet jack or hand truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities

• The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers
• The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
• This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
