Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Yard Helper / Lumber Yard Associate to load, unload, organize, and prepare lumber and building materials. This outdoor, physical role offers hands-on daily duties in a busy yard.

You will assist customers, operate yard equipment as trained, inspect materials, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace alongside drivers and warehouse staff.

Qualifications

• Previous lumber yard, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and safety.
• Comfortable assisting customers and working as part of a team.
