Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Yard Helper to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment in a safety-conscious environment in Broussard, LA.

The role requires 5+ years of oil & gas maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities. Overtime, call-outs, and a valid driver’s license are expected. PPE use is mandatory, with physical capabilities to lift heavy loads and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oil & Gas Maintenance experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Working knowledge of oil & gas maintenance processes.
• Oil and gas production operations experience preferred (training available for acceptable candidates).
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and be available for call-outs as required.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally, 25-50 lbs frequently, and 10-20 lbs constantly.
• Ability to work at heights above six feet and balance on uneven surfaces.
• Physical capability for stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, standing, and reaching.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
