Job summary

Patriot Erectors, LLC Steel Fabricators in Saginaw, TX, is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to direct and coordinate shop floor activities related to material processing. You will maximize productivity, manage shift staffing, and plan work flow to meet targets.

The role requires 3-5 years supervisory experience, ability to read fabrication drawings, lift 50 lbs, and work 12-hour rotating shifts. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three-Five years industry experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledgeable in the operation andtroubleshooting of multiple production lines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively (written or verbal).
• Must have basic mathematical skills; works with production schedules, counts, production weights, and measurements.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Must be able to read and interpret production schedules, instructions, and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• Ability to work in shop environment and be exposed to heat conditions.
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts on a rotating shift basis.
• Bilingual preferred.
