Job summary

Clark Pacific is hiring a Yard Foreman I to oversee manufacturing operations and lead teams across multiple production areas. Responsibilities include directing daily workflow, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating material handling from receiving through delivery.

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years in concrete/construction/manufacturing and prior leadership experience, with proficiency in reading blueprints and operating heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employees in daily workflow and enforce safety principles and processes.
• Read blueprints/work plans and distribute to team members as needed.
• Oversee training activities and address staff issues or conflicts.
• Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, cranes, and trucks as required.
• Prepare materials for manufacturing per blueprints and instructions.
• Maintain clean work areas and proper storage of materials and debris.
