Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Yard Technician to help organize and maintain the equipment yard, support delivery coordination, and perform basic repairs. You will ensure tools and equipment are ready for field crews and assist with inventory management at our Harrisburg, PA yard.

This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, communication, and proactive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience managing equipment, tools, and yard operations.
• Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Forklift and loader experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (inventory tracking, dispatch tools, spreadsheets).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment repairs.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent needs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization, including basic facility upkeep.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Perform routine maintenance on generators, compressors, pumps, and more.
• Arrange for external repairs and assist with pricing and inventory updates.
• Track equipment usage, deliveries, and perform weekly/monthly inventory checks.
• Clean and prepare vehicles and fleet equipment for storage and deployment.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to team members.
