Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a hands-on Yard Technician to help maintain the equipment yard and support field operations. You will coordinate tool deliveries, perform routine maintenance on generators and pumps, handle inventory, and assist with repairs. On-site, full-time role with occasional weekend support.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of yard experience, a PA driver's license, forklift familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience managing equipment, tools, and yard operations.
• Valid PA driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Forklift and loader experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization, including basic facility upkeep.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Perform routine maintenance on generators, compressors, pumps, and more.
• Arrange for external repairs and assist with pricing and inventory updates.
• Track equipment usage, deliveries, and perform weekly/monthly inventory checks.
• Clean and prepare vehicles and fleet equipment for storage and deployment.
• Ensure proper storage and protection of all equipment and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to team members.

Description

As a Yard Technician, you’ll help maintain the organization, functionality, and upkeep of our equipment yard. You’ll support delivery coordination, perform basic mechanical repairs, and ensure equipment and tools are ready and available for our field crews. This is a hands‑on role that’s essential to the daily success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
