Job summary

Satellite Shelters, Inc. is hiring a Yard Technician for our Denver area branch. The role focuses on constructing and repairing units in accordance with company policies and specifications, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, and able to communicate effectively with customers on site. Prior experience in construction or mobile office settings is preferred and HVAC experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with utility trailers and basic carpentry/electrical tasks is preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication abilities; HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain yard organization and cleanliness.
• Manage mobile office material inventory.
• Load/unload furniture and Satellite Specialty Products.
• Remove/replace lighting, plumbing and electrical components.
• Perform moderate carpentry work and repairs.
• Interface with customers at job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
