Job summary

Gateway Dealer Network, LLC is seeking a Yard Attendant in Missouri to support yard operations and equipment loading/unloading. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and daily equipment checks in a dynamic retail/rental setting.

Open Monday–Friday, with 7am–5pm hours and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour. We offer health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Bobcat network.

Qualifications

• Minimum H.S Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations.
• Experience with skid steer, excavator, wheel loader (preferred).
• Must be able to work outdoors in various climates year-round.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems.
• Ability to learn company designated software.

Responsibilities

• Keeping yard neat and orderly.
• Operating Bobcat and related equipment to load and unload materials, equipment, and attachments from trucks and trailers.
• Conducting daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone.
• Ability to solve problems yet refer situations to other personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts department to ensure customer satisfaction.
• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
