UNFI is seeking a Part Time Yard Truck Operator responsible for moving and spotting trailers to support warehouse operations, including sorting and processing materials for shipment or storage. The operator must ensure timely movements and maintain thorough knowledge of inventory and trailer positioning.

Schedule

Monday & Tuesday starting at 6:30 am.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat and efficient storage lot to maximize customer service.
• Keep records of trailer numbers and vehicle positions.
• Coordinate daily with the Distribution Center Transportation Department and adhere to safety requirements.
• Ensure security of valuable commodities and storage areas, with guidance from supervisory personnel when needed.
• Understand different trailers used for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Experience driving yard tractors or holding previous CDL experience is preferred. A CDL license is not required but must be obtainable.
