Job summary

Maersk is hiring Yard Drivers with yard experience to work out of our Lake City, GA facility. Shift times are 2pm–10:30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime as needed during peak season. A Non-CDL license and a valid Medical Card are required, plus at least six months of verifiable yard switching experience in the last five years.

The position starts at $21 per hour, with overtime when required. Maersk offers year-round work and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of verifiable yard switching experience within the last 5 years.
• Must have a valid Medical Card and non-CDL license.
• Willing to work overtime during peak season and pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers within the yard and assist with yard switching as needed.
• Comply with USDOT rules and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with yard crew to maintain efficient operations.
