Job summary

MAERSK is hiring Yard Drivers with yard experience to work out of our Lake City, GA facility. Shift times are 2pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Candidates should have at least 6 months of verifiable yard switching experience within the last 5 years, a valid medical card, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

USDOT rules knowledge is required. Compensation starts at $21 per hour with overtime available during peak season.

Qualifications

• Yard switching experience within the last 5 years is required.
• OT availability is required during peak season.
• Knowledge of USDOT rules and regulations is expected.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard driving duties as required.
• Adhere to USDOT rules and company policies.
• Be flexible with shifts, including overtime during peak seasons.
• Complete shifts scheduled, typically 2pm–10:30pm, M–F with weekend requirements.
