Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Yard Driver to maintain yard organization, safely spot trailers at dock doors and yard locations, and update trailer moves using a handheld device.

This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager, has no direct reports, and requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to load heavy items. Expect exposure to loud machines and varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid, active Driver's License.
• Ability to load and unload heavy items.

Responsibilities

• 10% Perform general warehouse tasks as needed.
• 80% Safely spotting trailers at dock doors and yard locations; Driving yard trucks and spotting at designated locations.
• 10% Yard Auditing; Ensure yard accuracy by leveraging the Yard Management System.
