RSS Mobile Trailer Repair in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Yard Driver to move 53 ft. trailers within the warehouse, including docking and parking areas, while prioritizing safety in tight spaces and maintaining a consistent home-daily schedule.

Role is full-time with a starting pay of $23/hour and potential increases after 90 days and after one year. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) with company contribution. Shifts are Saturday–Monday 6PM–6AM, with OT after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Move 53 ft. trailers within the yard safely.
• Back trailers into docks and parking spots.
• Operate yard tractor and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and home daily.
• OT after 40 hours at time-and-a-half.
