Job summary

Red Diamond Coffee & Tea is hiring a Yard Driver / Warehouse Forklift Operator to support transportation and warehouse operations on our Alabama campus. The role involves moving inventory across facilities, operating a stand-up forklift, and assisting with loading, unloading, and inventory scanning.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of yard driving experience, a strong safety mindset, a solid attendance record, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Two years of yard driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transporting coffee and tea between Red Diamond facilities on the property.
• Operating a stand-up forklift to move and store products.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Using handheld and onboard scanners to process inventory transactions.
• Following company policies and safety procedures.
• Supporting warehouse operations as needed to ensure efficient product flow.
