Responsibilities

• Move trailers to and from loading docks at both buildings and around two storage yards.
• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks as needed.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio.
• Perform daily inventories and send BOLs to Corporate Account Dept.
• Label trailers for identification and tracking.
• Inspect trailers and yard tractor for needed repairs.
• Manage repair work orders for trailer and yard tractor.
• Perform basic maintenance on trailers and yard tractor.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trailers.
• Follow SSOPs, GMPs, PPEs, and company rules.
• Other duties as directed.

Job Summary: This person is responsible
for moving trailers in and out of dock doors, yard and other areas as required.
The role supports the Logistics Team as a warehouse forklift operator loading
and unloading trucks as needed.

Job Duties:

• Practice safe behavior at all times,
  utilizing safe practices and appropriate PPE.


• Move trailers to and from loading docks
  at both buildings and around two storage yards as necessary.


• Communicate effectively via 2-way radio.


• Daily fax inventories and BOL’s to
  Corporate Account Dept.


• Label trailers to facilitate
  identification and tracking.


• Inspect trailers and yard tractor for
  necessary repairs.


• Manage trailer and yard tractor repair
  work orders.


• Perform basic maintenance and repairs to
  trailers and yard tractor.


• Assist with loading and unloading of
  trailers as called upon.


• Other duties as directed.
