Bachoco USA is seeking a Yard Driver for 2nd shift in Fort Smith, AR. The role moves trailers, handles shipping/receiving, and manages cooler inventory in a safety‑sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers as directed by Shipping Supervisor and ensure timely shipping/receiving.
• Drop and hook as needed and operate under supervision.
• Follow safety requirements for locking wheels and securing trailers.
• Maintain seals according to location's food defense program for trailers onsite.
• Rotate equipment to service providers for maintenance.
• Maintain cooler rotation and staging of raw materials.
• Keep complete and accurate records of trailer movements.
• Maintain cleanliness of outside shipping and receiving docks; clean up trailer yard as needed.
• Maintain trailer inventory on the yard.
• Transport materials to and from warehouse as needed, including finished goods to cold storage.
• Comply with all DOT, State, and Company driver training and documentation requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary: This job consists of moving trailers, shipping, receiving, and cooler inventory.
