Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking a Yard Driver for our Crawfordsville, IN manufacturing facility. The role reports to the shipping yard and ensures safe, efficient movement of trailers and products within the yard.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, load/unload goods, dock and stage trailers, and maintain documentation. The job requires lifting up to 80 lbs, forklift certification, and at least two years in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely lift 25 lbs and up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Capable of quality inspection of product (boxes, cartons, finished product, etc.).
• Fork truck driver’s license, certificate of training and/or ability to complete fork truck license certification required.
• Material handling experience required.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving process.
• Basic knowledge of PC usage required to include using Microsoft Windows and data entry operations.
• Minimum of two years experience in a warehouse environment required.

• Material handling, assist in shipping/receiving, pallet yard or other areas as needed.
