Cleveland Brothers, the leading Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, seeks a Yard Attendant to prepare equipment for customers and maintain a safe, orderly yard. The role requires teamwork, reliable communication with management, and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.

Ideal candidates will handle shipping paperwork, ensure equipment meets customer specs, and thrive in a physically demanding setting within our network of locations.

Qualifications

• Must have good motor coordination skills.
• Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet.
• Verbal and numerical intelligence are required; able to work in noisy, hot/cold environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Graduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.

Responsibilities

• Fill out accurate shipping and receiving paperwork and follow all procedures listed in the shipping and receiving handbook.
• Prepare equipment to customer specifications before shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard environment.
• Able to work productively in an industrial environment that is subject to significant work conditions.
