Job summary

Bobcat - GDN is seeking a Yard Attendant to join our team in Missouri. The role involves operating equipment, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean, safe yard while providing excellent customer service.

Open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm with competitive benefits. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and several years of relevant experience; outdoor work and safety adherence are essential. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum H.S Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience in equipment service operations.
• Experience with construction equipment (skid steer, excavator, wheel loader) preferred.
• Experience in the rental industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business systems; email literacy.
• Ability to learn company software in a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard neat and orderly.
• Operate Bobcat and related equipment to load/unload materials.
• Perform daily equipment and preventive maintenance inspections.
• Provide superior customer service in person and by phone.
• Solve problems, refer when needed to other personnel.
• Prepare and maintain a rent-ready fleet.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts for customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team or independently.
