Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Yard Staff member in Tulsa, Oklahoma to receive and release consigned equipment for auction, line up assets for display, and support sale day operations. The role includes driving heavy and light equipment, inspecting facilities, basic maintenance, and managing keys and signage.

The position involves forklift operation, loading/unloading, and assisting with setup and breakdown on auction days. This role is full-time, on-site, with benefits and 401k matching.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases consigned equipment for auction.
• Line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drive/operate heavy and light equipment.
• Perform facility inspections and housekeeping/maintenance as necessary.
• Perform basic maintenance on RB Global owned equipment.
• Manage keys for equipment.
• Operate forklift to load/unload equipment.
• Be involved in rigging and basic assembly of equipment.

The Yard Staff safely receives, processes, lines up, sale day support and check-out consigned equipment for the auction. Strict adherence to the Ritchie Bros. standard of customer service is always expected of the Yard Staff

Qualifications

• Good customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receives/releases (checks-in/checks-out) consigned equipment for auction.
• Uses an auction listing to line up equipment for display prior to auction.
• Drives/operates heavy and light equipment.
• Performs facility inspections (per checklists) and provides housekeeping or maintenance services as necessary.
• Performs basic maintenance on RBA owned equipment.
• Manages keys for equipment.
• Operates forklift to load/unload stationary row equipment.
• Boosts equipment.
• Basic assembly of equipment i.e. dozer blades, etc.
• Checks fluid and fuel levels on equipment.
• Lot number equipment.
• Sets out signage, flagging, and trash receptacles for auction day.
• Drives sound truck.
• Holds ‘This item for sale sign’ (stick person).
• Places operators in rolling stock.
• Parks sold equipment on the ramp.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
