Position Overview

Peninsula Powder Coating seeks full-time, afternoon shift Yard Associates/Forklift Operators to join their team in Baraga, Michigan.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Flexibility may be required based on production demands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience operating forklifts (loading/unloading trucks, moving parts)
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb; load/unload heavy objects (up to 100 lbs.)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, organized, reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around paint, primer fumes, and chemicals
• Practice safe work habits and use protective equipment as needed
• Willing to assist in other production areas
• Ability to meet deadlines under time constraints
