Job Overview

As a Yard Associate, you will assist in stationing, retrieving, and inspecting equipment on company property, ensuring each piece meets quality and safety standards. You will also maintain a written maintenance schedule, perform basic equipment repairs, and document any lost or damaged items.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and work both indoors and outdoors.

Physical Demands

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.26 per hour (may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
