Job summary

All American Lumber INC in Sparta, WI is seeking a Yard Associate to assist customers in the lumber yard, load and unload deliveries, and help with shipping and receiving. You will maintain product rotation, ensure accurate stacking, and help keep the yard organized and safe.

Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, helping customers locate products, answering questions about products and company policies, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with equipment preferred.
• Education Qualifications - prefer High School diploma but no experience required
• Skills include problem solving, detail orientation, customer service, and clear communication.

Objective of Position:

Responsible for the Yard including helping customers in the lumber yard.

• Answer customers’ questions and provide information on company policies
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
