Yachad, a division of The Orthodox Union, seeks a Community Habilitation Worker to assist adults with developmental disabilities in community inclusion. Part-time positions available across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, and Staten Island with flexible evening and weekend hours.
You will work directly with individuals in their homes or in the community, planning activities to promote independence and relationships, and supporting personal goals while documenting progress.
