The YMCA is currently seeking enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated candidates for the following position: Kid’s Gym Attendant
HOURS:This is a part-time position. We are currently looking for staff with weekday availability between 7:45am - 12:00pm, or 3:45pm - 8:00pm.
GENERAL FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Membership and/or Youth & Family Director the position supervises groups of children and implements YMCA activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ABUSE RISK MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:
1.Adhere to policies related to boundaries with children.
2.Attend required abuse risk management training.
3.Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations.
4.Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements.
5.Adhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or general education (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
