PLEASE NOTE: This position requires an ACTIVE Top Secret/SCI Clearance. To be considered for this position, you MUST have an ACTIVE Clearance Level of Top Secret/SCI.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Software Developer responsible for back-end and front-end solutions, 508 compliance, user interface construction, API construction and system interfacing.
• Design, construct, test, maintain, enhance, upgrade and modify solutions for a large, Cloud-based, Enterprise Cross Domain Service (ECDS) system.
• Analyze and assist in defining customer requirements to determine the most effective solutions to satisfy their need.
• Design, create, test, and maintain software, content solutions, and web-based applications to satisfy customer requirements.
• Adhere to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of software and web applications (e.g., software reuse, modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant).
• Support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems).

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university with a concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on IT technical teams as a Software Engineer/Developer.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with COTS customization, Cross Domain solutions, Cloud-based SaaS development, and software design and testing.
• Knowledge of software architecture, software development, software quality assurance, and software engineering principles.
• Ability to write high-quality code using technologies such as HTML, Java, XML, NodeJS, JSON, C++, Apache Storm, ELK, and GitLab.
• Experience developing and deploying Cloud-based solutions.
• Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and debugging of complex solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including at least one (1) year of experience working on an Agile team.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project and configuration management tools.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance requirements and U.S. Government security compliance standards.
• Ability to follow formal design processes and create technical artifacts such as specifications, data flow diagrams, wireframes, and feature documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
