Job summary

Entelligence is seeking a Cloud & AI Automation Engineer to support Cortex XSIAM engagements. You will automate SOC processes, ensure playbooks meet customer requirements, and guide integrations with security tooling. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and interact directly with clients to ensure success.

The role requires strong incident response knowledge, API integration skills, and fluent English. Expect travel to customer sites up to 10% as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years deploying and integrating SOAR platforms in enterprise to large enterprise.
• Define, create, and automate SOC processes via playbooks and automations.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Work with the technical lead to automate the customer’s SOC.
• Share expertise on automation best practices and playbook design.
• Assist with connecting security tooling to Cortex XSIAM via Cortex Marketplace.
• Create playbooks reflecting design briefs and customer requirements.
• Demonstrate playbooks and explain tasks involved.
• Explain integrations and guide configuration with customers.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to drive product adoption.
• Create technical docs detailing SIEM aspects of the engagement.
• Travel to customer meetings/workshops as needed (10%).
