Bruker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, inspect, repair and maintain Bruker AXS XRD systems at customer sites across the US Midwest. The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, rapid problem solving and adherence to service procedures.

You will travel up to 75% or more, communicate clearly with customers, prepare detailed service reports, and contribute to contract renewals while staying current with product changes. A strong electronics background and AA degree are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and repair complex equipment quickly.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment and PC literacy.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Military electronics training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install analytical x-ray equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose malfunctions and replace faulty components.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to procedures.
