Job summary

AdventHealth in Calhoun, GA is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to join our day shift team. You will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, monitor patient condition, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include operating x-ray equipment, moving and positioning patients safely, maintaining infection control, keeping rooms clean and stocked, and reporting inventory needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging including Surgery and Trauma.
• One year post-certification experience required to evaluate and instruct radiography students.
• Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and x-ray equipment operation.

Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma
• Previous Radiologic Technologist Experience [Preferred]
• One year post certification experience required to evaluate and/or instruct student radiographers
• Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately
• Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray producing equipment, if applicable per facility.
