Job summary

Xpert LGX, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving the Greater Philadelphia suburbs, is hiring Delivery Driver Associates for full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. You will operate a company vehicle, perform safe, timely package deliveries, and support daily route execution with a customer-first mindset.

Role requires driving independence, routes navigation, and reliable attendance, with benefits including health coverage, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid, non-provisional Driver's License required.
• Clean Driving Record (no major violations).
• Complete pre-employment 4 panel drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Work 1 Weekend Day (Saturday or Sunday).
• English proficiency required (speaking, reading, writing).
• Dependable and on time, rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety policies.
• Provide fast, accurate deliveries with a customer-first attitude.
• Navigate routes, scan packages, and log activity using a company-issued smartphone.
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the route.
• Work in various weather conditions and stay productive and on schedule.
• Coordinate with dispatch to keep routes on track and resolve issues.
• Keep the vehicle organized and ensure efficient loading/unloading.
• Be a reliable teammate contributing to a positive shift.

As a Delivery Driver Associate, you'll be the dependable face of our team — getting Amazon packages to customers safely and on time throughout the Greater Philadelphia suburbs. A typical shift includes:

• Operating a company vehicle responsibly and in line with all traffic laws and safety policies
