Major Xpress Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring dedicated and customer-focused package delivery drivers in Wilmington, Delaware. You will safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses, maintaining professional customer service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license (no probationary licenses).
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs (hand trucks provided).
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Smartphone required for route communication.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
• Maintain professional appearance and represent Amazon with high-quality customer service
• Load and organize packages efficiently in the delivery vehicle
• Operate company-provided Amazon-branded vehicles safely and responsibly
• Follow Amazon’s safety, delivery, and quality standards
• Navigate routes in all weather conditions (rain, snow, extreme heat)
• Work independently while meeting delivery deadlines
• Communicate with dispatch and management as needed
