Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in the United States seeks a Clinical Expert (Finance) to advise health systems, deploy Siemens portfolio, and drive efficiency and cost reductions while improving care quality. You will lead engagements spanning clinical and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of trends in healthcare, including value-based care and population health management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare economics, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Strong operational knowledge in interventional cardiology, or peri-operative services.
  • Project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment in healthcare.
  • Applied understanding of analytics, workflow optimization, and clinical pathways.
  • Professional oral and written presentation skills in the customer environment, and you demonstrate team and customer orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

In your role you will advise and assist customers using Siemens portfolio, tools and services, help drive efficiency and effectiveness in health system processes, including improving quality while reducing cost. You will be responsible for:

The base pay range for this position is:

$119,920 - $164,890

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
