We are seeking an experienced XMPie Specialist to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of personalized, data-driven communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in XMPie suite of tools and a strong understanding of Variable Data Printing (VDP) and cross-media campaign automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience working with XMPie products (uDirect, uProduce, uStore, Circle)
• Strong knowledge of Variable Data Printing (VDP) workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and its integration with XMPie
• Experience in data handling (Excel, CSV, databases) for campaign personalization
• Understanding of cross-media campaign workflows (email, web, mobile, print)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and email templates
• Exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with print production environments
