With multiple locations and expansion plans, Blufox provides high-speed Internet, Mobile, Home Security, Video, and Voice services to residential and business customers.

Position Details

Role: Retail Store Manager

Compensation: Competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Representatives to maximize sales and ensure excellent customer service
• Implement best practices for product positioning, promotional offers, and account analysis
• Recruit, train, and manage sales staff; monitor KPIs and maintain high NPS scores
• Manage inventory of mobile devices, cable products, and accessories
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures
• Coordinate with leadership to develop sales training programs
• Improve operational cost-effectiveness in collaboration with the Operations team

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in wireless, cable, or retail sectors
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation and open availability for full-time hours
