Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Provides excellent support to customers and the store team while striving for continuous improvement. Maintains accurate inventory, keeps stores clean, manages back-of-house spaces efficiently, and ensures an engaging environment that encourages customers to return. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Supports the store team with a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services, acting as a go-to resource in the store.
  • Regularly scans the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning, reporting issues to leadership.
  • Greets customers during busy times, ensures they are connected to a sales consultant promptly, and demonstrates company technology to new customers to ensure they understand the basics and are encouraged to return.
  • Inspects the back of the store regularly for cleanliness, security, and proper inventory placement. Assists with receiving inventory and stocking the back of house according to store standards.
  • Helps leadership with weekly cycle counts and looks for opportunities to improve the store count process.
  • Follows current processes and procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance customer and store experiences.
  • Adapts quickly to store management priorities, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
  • Capable of carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds, standing and moving around the store constantly.
  • Maintains regular, punctual attendance. Willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour
