Job Summary

Responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision and is accountable for individual results and team impact.

Core Responsibilities

• Represent products and services passionately by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
• Adopt a customer-first approach in all interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals.
• Conduct comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure understanding of all products/services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Partner with customer care to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and friendliness.
• Comply with all operational policies and procedures.
• Complete training and participate in team activities.
• Understand sales compensation plan and key elements.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Carry and lift up to 25 pounds, and stand/move constantly in the store.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years relevant experience
