Job Summary

Hourly: $26.44+ (Base $18.75 + Targeted Commission). Build a rewarding retail career with Comcast Xfinity.

What you will be doing

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment; connect products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

What you will need to have

• Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.

Salary

Base Pay: $18.75 per hour.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $26.44 per hour.
