Job Overview

Blufox Mobile, the largest branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, is seeking energetic individuals for the position of District Manager. With locations nationwide and plans for expansion, Blufox is a leader in providing high-speed Internet, Mobile, Home Security, Video, and Voice services to residential and business customers.

Position: Retail District Manager

Compensation: Competitive annual salary: $80,000-$110,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Leadership and Strategy: Oversee sales performance and operations across multiple retail locations. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets. Lead Store Managers and Sales Associates to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance. Analyze KPIs and strategize for improvements. Collaborate on product positioning, promotions, and customer service.
  2. Team Management: Recruit, train, and support Store Managers and Sales Associates. Implement training programs and provide ongoing coaching.
  3. Operations: Ensure compliance with policies, manage inventory, and work to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Customer Satisfaction (NPS): Foster a customer-centric culture, enhance the customer experience, and maintain high NPS scores.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in retail management or related field
  • Experience in wireless/cable/retail sales preferred
