Job Summary

This job is responsible for promoting and selling residential products and services within assigned multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties and communities. It is primarily focused on door-to-door canvassing within multiple dwelling units, targeted in-building sales activity, and selling at approved MDU community, promotional, and sales events. This role uses strong product knowledge and sales experience to meet sales goals, drive winbacks, and grow penetration within assigned properties.

Job Description

• Promoting and selling residential products through door-to-door canvassing within assigned MDU properties and communities
• Participating and selling at assigned MDU and community sales events
• Using targeted in-building sales activations and high-traffic touchpoints to close sales and increase property penetration within assigned territory
• Maintaining current knowledge of residential products, features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Building customer rapport, evaluating needs, recommending solutions, and communicating the value of products
• Independently planning daily sales activity, managing assigned turf, following approved sales processes, and meeting established sales goals
• Meeting the physical requirements of the role, including walking and traveling door-to-door for considerable distances in varying weather conditions
• Maintaining required credentials or licenses where applicable
• Customarily and regularly engaged away from Comcast's physical place or places of business
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation

Base Pay: $49,600.00 Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $83,600.00 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
