Comcast (CC) of Willow Grove is seeking a dynamic door-to-door sales representative to promote XFINITY Residential products in an assigned territory. You will build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and tailor recommendations to maximize sales and winbacks.

The role requires physical canvassing, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and adherence to company pricing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, and a proven track

Job Summary

This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes their extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively
• Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
• Must meet the physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to, the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compensation

Base Pay: $57,500.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $91,500.00
