Job summary

Vestcom, a business unit of Avery Dennison, is seeking a flexible Xeikon Print Operator to drive daily facility workflow. The role bridges data and physical production, manipulating data files, operating high‑volume laser printers, and staging print jobs to ensure flawless delivery.

You will collaborate with Facility Managers, Production Leads, and Project Coordinators to adapt to urgent schedule changes, manage inventory, and maintain safe, quality‑driven operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Team player with adaptability and cross-training across tasks.
• Ability to stand for shift duration and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and run multiple digital print sequences while ensuring quality.
• Update ERP logs and organize work order documentation.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers and Project Coordinators to handle urgent schedule changes.
• Maintain warehouse stock of pre-printed items and ensure equipment upkeep.
• Follow SOPs and wear PPE per safety protocols.
