Responsibilities

• Print Operations: Initiate and run multiple digital print sequences, monitoring quality through proofing and sample checks.
• Data & Workflow Management: Manage computer files, update ERP logs, organize work order documentation, and alert supervisors of data discrepancies.
• Agility & Collaboration: Partner with Facility Managers, Production Leads, and Project Coordinators to accommodate urgent schedule changes or machine troubleshooting needs.
• Inventory & Care: Maintain local warehouse stock and pre-printed items; place service calls for equipment upkeep; keep a clean workstation.
• Safety First: Follow SOPs, wear PPE, and observe safety protocols at all times.

Position Overview

We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented Xeikon Print Operator to drive our daily facility workflow. In this versatile role, you will bridge the gap between data and physical production. You will manipulate data files on our network, pilot advanced high-volume laser printers, and stage print jobs to ensure flawless delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Print Operations: Initiate and run multiple digital print sequences simultaneously, monitoring quality standards through precise proofing and sample checks.
• Data & Workflow Management: Manage computer files, update ERP logs, organize work order documentation, and alert supervisors of any incoming data discrepancies.
• Agility & Collaboration: Partner closely with Facility Managers, Production Leads, and Project Coordinators to accommodate urgent schedule changes, custom orders, or machine troubleshooting needs.
• Inventory & Care: Maintain local warehouse stock and pre-printed items; place technical service calls for equipment upkeep; and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Safety First: Consistently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), utilizing required PPE and safety protocols at all times.
